Have you ever wondered what it’s like to see scenery worldwide?
Can multiple devices be connected?
A virtual window?
Since Atmoph Window is a unique product, it can be hard to imagine how to use it. It can spark conversations in family gathering spots, become a way for children to learn about the world, or provide a beautiful view while you work. Even within the Atmoph team, each member uses it in their own unique way.
In this article, we will introduce how six of our team members use Atmoph Window in their homes, complete with photos.
Everyday Life with Atmoph Window 2
Installation Location: Living Room (Panorama with 2 units)
Customer Relations: Mai
I have it set up in a corner of our living room, and we live with the scenery from Atmoph Window 2 every day. Sometimes, for operational checks, the panorama mode is turned off, or the power is off, and my elementary school-aged children will ask, “Why isn’t it on?” or “Why isn’t it in panorama mode?” Atmoph Window 2 has become such a natural part of our lives.
When new scenery is added, they notice right away, saying, “I’ve never seen this before!” We also have a playlist of each family member’s favorites, so sometimes my son’s selected playlist is displayed.
We have alarms set for daily routines like going to school and bedtime, and when they hear the alarm, they know it’s time, which is a very useful feature. The clock and weather forecast widgets are also displayed, so Atmoph Window 2 covers the daily questions from the kids like, “What day is it today?” or “What time is it now?”
Knowing that Atmoph Window Yo will arrive soon, they are very excited, asking, “When will it arrive?” I’m looking forward to their reactions to the new Atmoph Window Yo, including the Atmoph Scope, both as a mother and an employee.
Weekday 6 PM, Favorite “Wisteria of Fuji Park”
Installation Location: Home Office
Media Content Editor: Chikako
Atmoph Window 2 is placed at the left end of my desk. I personally love how the bright pale blue color stands out against the dark gray wall.
I use the “Auto” setting to change the scenery every 30 minutes. With such a vast number of sceneries, sometimes I recognize a place, like “Oh, that’s Australia,” and other times I wonder, “Where is this?” Once, I came across a scene of children playing in the streets of a foreign city, which reminded me of playing with my brothers in front of our house as a child.
I love discovering new sceneries, but I also cherish the moments when I can leisurely gaze at my “favorite” scenery at a specific time. I have it set to switch to “Wisteria of Fuji Park 1” at the end of my workday at 6 PM. It’s a scenery released in the early days, and I fell in love with it at first sight.
When I first saw it, I was amazed by its beauty, and later learned that it was filmed by a videographer I worked with in the office. It felt like meeting the creator of a favorite artwork. Even now, seeing this scenery brings back fond memories and reminds me of my early days.
“Which country do you think this scenery is from?”

Installation Location: Living Room, Study
E-Commerce Marketing: Shigehiro
“Which country do you think this scenery is from?”
“Hmm, United States?”
I enjoy having such conversations with my family. Since I work from home a lot, I have it set up in the study during work hours and move it to the living room in the evening when the family gathers.
In the living room, it’s not always in focus, but when we happen to glance at it, we discover things like “Oh, there’s a place like this in this country,” or my second-grade son and I will talk about unique trees, like the baobab trees in Madagascar. Atmoph Window naturally creates opportunities to be aware of the world in our daily lives.
During work, I often look at my computer monitor, so the ambient sounds of rain, river flows, and city noises are particularly soothing. Just like how you can concentrate better in a library or café than at home, the scenery and sounds from Atmoph Window help me focus and relax while working.
“Where should I run today?”

Installation Location: Home Office, Children’s Room
Sales: Shiotani
We use Atmoph Window in three places in our house, each serving different people and purposes.
First, there’s a five-unit panorama in my home office. It’s positioned as the background for remote meetings. Since I sit a lot during work, I placed a treadmill in front of Atmoph Window. Deciding “Which scenery should I run with today?” keeps me motivated to continue running.

Then, there’s the window next to my desk. It’s useful for work-related tasks like checking scenery and functions, and it also provides a change of pace during work.
To avoid staring at my computer monitor too much, I check the time only through the window’s widgets, and set the Auto interval to the shortest to frequently look at it. I have the alarm from ‘DEATH STRANDING’ set for the start and end of my workday, which serves as a switch to shift my focus, and I highly recommend it.

Lastly, we have the original window in the children’s loft in the living room. The kids call it the “TV Window,” and their favorite scenery is Goryo Shrine! When they hear the sound of the train crossing, they excitedly watch the Enoden train pass by.
It’s the only window that has sound, and it creates an immersive experience even in a small space without feeling cramped. With the timer set to turn off the window late at night, even the kids who can’t read clocks yet naturally know when it’s bedtime.
8 Years of Living with Atmoph Window for 10 and 12-Year-Olds

Installation Location: Dining Room
CEO: Kyohi
I’m the CEO, Kyohi Kang. My wife, Yoko, who is also an executive/designer, and our two sons, aged 10 and 12, live with me. Since the first Atmoph Window was completed around 2016, it has always been on the dining room wall, even after upgrading to Atmoph Window 2. Whether it’s enjoying coffee, doing a bit of work, or during every meal, there’s always a view from somewhere in the world.
Common conversations include “Who filmed this scenery?” or guessing the location when switching to the next scenery, hiding the place name and asking, “Where do you think this is?” When we’re curious about a scenery, we bring up the map to see where it is, and the kids naturally become more knowledgeable about the world.
Photographer Father Feels Nostalgic Seeing His Own Captured Sceneries

Installation Location: Dining Room
Director/Designer: Yoko
I use Atmoph Window 2 in my dining room and also have my parents use it in their home. They enjoy various sceneries daily, displayed on the dining room wall.
My father, who is a photographer and has shot some of the Atmoph views, often sees his own work. While he has seen his photos displayed before, having the video with sound at home is a new experience, making him feel nostalgic and wanting to visit those places again.
My mother is amazed by different sceneries, especially the underwater ones, and she tells me how beautiful they are. She also uses Atmoph Window as a background during online study sessions, which is well-received by her instructors.
How Will You Use It?
Whether you simply enjoy beautiful sceneries or use its various features to enhance your life, Atmoph Window offers many possibilities. Seeing the diverse ways our team members use it makes me excited to learn how our users are incorporating it into their lives.
